Waitlist. Joining does not guarantee access, features, pricing, or timing. You can leave at any time.
Communications. You consent to receive emails about updates and invites. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Early access and beta. Pre release software may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. You use it at your own risk.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer, or violate laws or others’ rights.
Recordings and consent. If you record meetings or moments, you are responsible for obtaining required consent and following local laws.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your content. You keep your rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Services.
Intellectual property. The Services, models, and brand are owned by Sotia. No rights are granted except as stated.
Third party services. Integrations like Slack or Google follow their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers. The Services are provided on an as is basis. We do not promise accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months, or 50 dollars if none.
Termination. We may suspend or end access for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws by the United States of America.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date.
